What happens next

We'll assess the situation, confirm your cover and notify your insurer on your behalf. From there we stay involved, keeping you informed, following up with the insurer and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

A note on urgency

If you're dealing with an emergency, a fire, flood, break-in or anything requiring immediate action, contact emergency services first then call us. Most policies allow for emergency repairs or protective measures before a formal claim is lodged. Keep receipts for anything you spend.
